Direct-booking terms

Your room, price and cancellation terms are shown before payment.

The room, dates, full price and exact cancellation rule must be visible before Stripe Checkout opens.

Reservation and payment

The selected room is rechecked against its live calendar before Stripe Checkout. A reservation is confirmed only after Stripe verifies payment. This website does not receive or store card numbers.

Price

Each direct nightly rate is 90% of its corresponding standard rate. Each Comfortable room follows its paired standard rate. The comparison and direct total are displayed before payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel 14 days or more before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. Any refund due under this rule is returned through the original Stripe payment method.

Stay rules

Check-in is 15:00–23:00 and check-out is 08:00–11:00. Quiet hours are 20:00–08:00. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge. Children of all ages are welcome. No cribs are available; extra beds depend on the selected option and availability. An avoidable damage charge of up to €200 may apply.
