Apartment 418 booking terms

The same core rules as the Booking Standard Rate.

The selected room, dates, complete price and cancellation rule are shown again before Stripe payment.

Reservation and payment

The room is rechecked against its connected Booking calendars before Stripe Checkout opens. A reservation is confirmed only after Stripe verifies the payment. The website does not receive or store card numbers.

Price

For each selected night, the direct room rate is 90% of the matching Booking.com Standard Rate. The comparison and direct total are displayed before payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 21 days before check-in. From 21 days before check-in, cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking total. Any refund due under this rule is returned through the original Stripe payment method.

Stay rules

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Check-in is 15:00–00:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Quiet hours are 20:00–08:00. Parties and events are not permitted. No extra beds or cots are available. An avoidable damage charge of up to €200 may apply.

Guest information

Guests must provide accurate contact details and guest numbers. Material changes should be agreed with the host before arrival.
