Information collected

The availability form collects your name, email, phone number, requested dates, guest count, selected stay and any message you choose to add.

Why it is used

The information is used to check availability, prepare a quote, answer questions and—if you proceed—administer the booking.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Storage and deletion

Availability requests are stored securely for booking administration and dispute prevention. You may ask for a request record to be corrected or deleted where retention is not otherwise required.

Marketing

Submitting an availability request does not subscribe you to marketing messages. This website does not use social-media advertising pixels.
