Your details are used to arrange and manage your stay.
Information collected
The booking form collects your name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest count and selected room. A confirmed booking record also contains its reference, payment status and total paid.
Why it is used
The information is used to check availability, take and verify payment, send your booking confirmation, provide your private My Booking page, answer questions and administer the stay.
Website analytics
The website records first-party events such as page views, room views, time on page, availability checks, WhatsApp clicks, checkout starts and completed payments. For traffic measurement, fraud prevention and technical security, the record can include the IP address supplied by the hosting network, approximate country or city, browser and operating-system details, device category or model when the browser provides it, screen and viewport size, pixel density, touch capability, language, timezone, limited hardware and network hints, page path, referring page, campaign tags, event time and a temporary browser-session identifier. Browsers control which device details are available, and exact device models cannot always be identified. This website does not use advertising pixels or build cross-site advertising profiles.
Payments
Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Confirmation email and private booking link
After payment, the website sends a confirmation email to the address supplied at checkout. Its private link displays the related booking details without a password. Keep that link private and contact the host if you believe somebody else has received it.
The WhatsApp contact link opens a private chat in WhatsApp with a pre-filled room or booking enquiry. WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy terms.
Storage and deletion
Booking and first-party analytics records are stored securely for stay administration, accounting, traffic analysis, security and dispute prevention. Raw technical records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. You may ask for information to be corrected or deleted where retention is not otherwise legally or operationally required.
Marketing
Making a booking does not subscribe you to marketing messages. This website does not use social-media advertising pixels.
