Apartment 418 has two physical rooms. Duplicate Booking listing calendars are merged by physical room so a booking on either listing blocks the correct dates.
How it works
A real calendar, a clear saving and secure payment.
The room is rechecked before Stripe Checkout opens. Payment is fulfilled only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms it.
Compare the direct price
Each direct nightly rate is 90% of the matching Booking.com Standard Rate. iCal supplies occupied and closed dates; rates are maintained separately because iCal does not include price data.
Pay on Stripe
The server recalculates the dates and total before creating Stripe Checkout. Card details stay with Stripe.
The host is alerted
After Stripe confirms payment by signed webhook, the order is marked paid and the host receives email and WhatsApp notifications.
